Desert Magnolia

Desert Magnolia BBQ, a southern pit BBQ joint,  is owned and run by Bradley and Nicole Trammel. Brad grew up in Northern Alabama and Georgia, where BBQ is a way of life.  In June 2011, they opened the restaurant for takeout service and it continues to take on a life of its own. Brad and Nicole are focused on doing things right, right for the neighborhood, right for their customers, and right for their art of BBQ.

Lost Texan BBQ

“Lost Texan BBQ” is owned and operated by Marti Hammon, a willing transplant to Utah from Houston, Texas. Marti & her husband James work together in cooking and staffing a small kitchen inside the clubhouse at Remuda Golf Course in Farr West, UT. Sit down restaurant, take out or full service catering is available. Meats, sauces, sides and salads are all made on site. Meats are applewood smoked and slow cooked to perfection. Try our “Carolina Sauce” with Pork or Chicken, it’s amazing. Original “Lost Texan BBQ Sauce” is always available.
